Discovery Call

It all starts with getting to know you, your business, and how we can help. In this 30 minute complimentary call, we will review your needs, goals, and how we can help achieve upcoming milestones.

Agreement + Scope

After our initial meeting, we will prepare a Service Agreement outlining your primary needs, scope of work, and estimated timeline discussed. This agreement will also outline the pricing model that best fits your needs.

Implementation

Once we receive your signed Service Agreement we will begin! Depending on our Scope of Work we will either start right away or initiate additional strategy sessions, always with transparent communication and billing.

What does this mean?

We become part of your team and provide long-term, reliable support.

We provide support on an "a la carte" basis, as you need it.

We work "owner to owner" to tackle a problem in live time.

Who will I be working with?

You and your team will be working directly with Kat.

Depending on the support needed, either Kat or the kat&co team.

One-on-one session with Kat.

Is there an hourly commitment?

Typically, 5-10 hours per week. 10 hours per week cap.

There are no hourly minimums, as little or as much as you need.

Only the length of the session.

Do you track your time?

We are extremely diligent about tracking our time per task. Monthly reports can be provided to allow for potential bill back to your clients.

Yes, we will include a detailed breakdown of time spent per task with descriptions on every invoice.

We will have a start and end time to the session, depending on the length purchased.

How long will our service last?

We request a 3-month minimum retainer engagement, with the option to switch to Hourly Support after this time.

As long as you need - Once you commence work with us we will be available for help indefinitely, as needed.

How do you charge?

We will suggest a flat monthly retainer depending on your needs.

Hourly Support is on an as needed basis and will be billed monthly.

You will pay for the session in full at time of scheduling.

Do I need to pay a retainer?

Yes, you will pay the first month’s flat rate retainer at the time of signing our agreement. From then on, we will bill monthly for the next month’s retainer.

We will collect a small deposit at time of signing our agreement, to bill against. Once the deposit is surpassed we will bill monthly for the previous month’s hours

No, you will pay for the session in full at time of scheduling. If there is additional work requested after the session, we will bill at hourly rates
