Hi there — I’m Kat.

Founder of kat&co and your friendly expert in creative operations.

I've spent more than a decade behind the scenes of interior design and creative businesses, helping studios navigate the operational and human side of running a company.

Today, I work with interior designers to create more clarity around how they work, lead, and grow, while continuing to support a select number of creative founders across adjacent industries.

My approach is grounded, human-first, and built around a simple belief: your business should support the way you actually want to work.

How You’re Supported

No two design businesses operate the same way, which is why these service paths are designed to meet you where you are.

Whether you’re looking for clarity, guidance, task-based support, or long-term partnership, there’s an option that fits your current business needs.

It started with Kat. Then came the “&co”.

kat&co began as my way of helping creative business owners build stronger businesses behind the scenes. Over time, that work became increasingly focused on the industry I've spent my career in: interior design.

And the more time I've spent working alongside designers, the more I've seen that support can take many different forms.

Today, the “&co” has grown into an ecosystem of businesses built to support the interior design industry, from the business itself, to the work happening behind the scenes, to the pieces being built for the finished space.
