  • kat&co acts as an independent contractor and not a salaried employee. That being said, we are more than happy to meet your Southern California team in-person and can work out a schedule of meetings as needed. We are working to expand our in-person availability to Northern California and the Pacific Northwest very soon!

  • We bill our services monthly using a flat hourly rate and will provide detailed time keeping information on all invoices.
